Located on the Sketch-Based Features toolbar.

• Create pads from sketch geometry.
Prerequisites
• You should be in the Part Design workbench.
Process: Creating Pads using Dimensions
1. Select Insert Sketch-Based Features Pad. The Pad Definition dialog displays.
2. In the Graphics window, pick the profile.
Or
In the Specification Tree, select the sketch.
3. In the Type list, select Dimension.

4. In the Length text box, enter a value.

5. Click OK to create the pad.
